After Hours Service
THE PHONE NUMBER FOR AFTER HOURS PICKUPS IS 387 61 990 900. THE CUSTOMER MUST RESERVE THIS SERVICE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. AN EMPLOYEE WILL BE THERE TO MEET THE CUSTOMER. THE AFTER HOURS PICK UP FEE IS 20 EUR PLUS VAT. . THE CUSTOMER MUST CALL 387 61 990 900 TO SCHEDULE AN AFTER HOURS RETURN WITH THE ENTERPRISE LOCATION. THE CUSTOMER MUST RESERVE THIS SERVICE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. AN EMPLOYEE WILL BE THERE TO MEET THE CUSTOMER, CHECK IN THE VEHICLE AND CLOSE THE CONTRACT. THE AFTER HOURS DROP OFF FEE IS 20 EUR PLUS VAT.
Age Requirements
Mini and Economy - minimum age 21 years. Compact, Intermediate - Full Size - Specialty - minimum age 23 years. Maximum age to rent is 75 years old for all car categories. A fee of 17.55 EUR per day inclusive of VAT applies to drivers aged 21-22 for Compact, Intermediate, and Standard.
Cross Border Policy
Cross border rentals are allowed within the European countries except Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey, Ukraine, Albania and Kosovo. There is also an insurance fee that applies. If traveling outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zero Excess is mandatory to be added to the contract. Without Zero Excess insurance, it is not allowed to travel outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
If the car is rented from the rental company, the driver would need a travel permit to take the car to another country. A permit to travel across the border is purchased at the rental office when picking up the vehicle. Charge is 75.00 EUR. Road assistance or car replacement while driving abroad is not available. The rates above do not include VAT.
Damage Waiver
Collision damage waiver -CDW- is an optional coverage product which reduces the customers financial responsibility in cases of damage to the rental vehicle or fire to the excess-deductible amount. The customer is liable for the full cost of the vehicle if this coverage product is not purchased. A police statement must be presented to the rental company in the event of a damage. Without a police report the client is fully liable for damages. The customer assumes full responsibility if the damage caused is a direct result of an infringement of the road circulation code. The daily charge and deductible amount vary by car class:

The deductible will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged, lost or stolen. Before purchasing CDW it is advised to determine if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges up to the deductible amount and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDW is not insurance. For all damages, a police report is required that clearly specifies when and where the damage occurred and under what circumstances. Any non-compliance with the law and other regulations for road traffic safety will void any coverage on the vehicle.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: mirror damage, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damage resulting from theft, damage from weather, damage from natural disasters, damage from riots or civil unrest, or damage from dangerous substances.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, an unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
One Way Drop Policy
One Way Drops are allowed with a minimum advance notice of 24 hours. Drop fees will apply for all one-ways to and from Sarajevo to Mostar, Tuzla and International one-ways from all Bosnia locations.
Exclusive Policy
COST OF RENTAL INCLUDES UNLIMITED MILEAGE, SLP THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE, AIRPORT FEES AND VAT. ADDITIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS MAY BE PURCHASED. ADDITIONAL PROTECTION COVERAGES MAY BE PURCHASED. ALL EXTRA EQUIPMENT, SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, AND PROTECTION PRODUCTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE AND ARE SUBJECT TO VAT.
Refueling Service
REFUELING CHARGES-FULL TO FULL. ALL VEHICLES ARE DELIVERED WITH A FULL TANK AND MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION. IN CASES WHEN THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED WITH LESS THAN A FULL TANK THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL RATE OF ENTERPRISE-RENT-A-CAR BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA. FEES FOR TANK SERVICES ALSO APPLY, COST 10 EUR PLUS VAT.
Insurance Policy
SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY INSURANCE SLI- THIRD PARTY INSURANCE-REQUIRED BY LAW- FREE OF CHARGE. COVERAGE LIMITS- A. THIRD PARTY BODILY INJURY OR DEATH UP TO 500,000 EUR, B. THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE 175,000 EUR.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations.
A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.
Personal Accident Insurance
Personal Accident Insurance does not cover: injuries covered by employer's benefits, self-inflicted injuries or death benefits.

Forms of Payment
Visa, American Express, Diners and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The car categories Mini and Economy require a deposit of 300.00 EUR, Compact and Intermediate 500.00 EUR and Standard and Full size vehicles require a 1000.00 EUR deposit. Debit cards, cash cards and cash are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. All drivers must have held their license for at least 2 years. All renters must also provide a valid photo ID such as a passport or government issued photo ID. A valid credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation. Customers can drive in the country using their driver's license from their country of origin for up to 2 years. If staying in the country longer, customers are required to obtain an International driving permit. Pets are not allowed in rental vehicles.
Arrival Directions
OUR COUNTER IS LOCATED 10 METERS ACROSS FROM THE EXIT GATE, ON THE FIRST FLOOR INSIDE THE TERMINAL BUILDING. NO SHUTTLE IS REQUIRED.
Supplemental Liability Protection

Tire and Windshield Protection
This product is available in certain stores in Bosnia. Tire and Windshield Protection is an optional insurance cover that reduces the renter's financial liability in the event of damage to the vehicle's tires and/or windshield and is subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and the applicable laws.
It is available at an additional cost and reduces the excess amount for damage to the vehicle's tires or windscreen to ZERO. If not included in your booking, Zero Excess is required to be able to purchase Tire and Windscreen Protection. The accident report must always be completed in order for insurance coverage to apply. In the event of damage or loss of the car, the driver is charged an handling fee of EUR 25 plus VAT and airport charges. The charge applies regardless of who is responsible for the damage. TWP does not cover damage to steel and aluminum rims.
Before purchasing TWP it is advised to determine if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage to tires and/or windshield. If TWP is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. TWP is not insurance. For all damages, a police report is required that clearly specifies when and where the damage occurred and under what circumstances. Any non-compliance with the law and other regulations for road traffic safety will void any coverage on the vehicle.
