Additional Driver
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any rental location within the same country and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 7.70 EUR per day applies.
After Hours Service
After-Hours Pick-upThis rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. An additional charge of 50.00 EUR applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours.After-Hours ReturnVehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the branch property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located in the underground parking garage, next to the Enterprise parking spaces. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 25. There is no maximum rental age. Renters between the age of 21 and 24 may rent all categories except the Full Size Elite, Special Coupe, Premium cars and Luxury SUVs. A young driver fee of 10.00 EUR per day applies to all renters between the age of 21 and 24. Young drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 must have held their driving license for a minimum of 1 year to rent Mini, Economy and Compact vehicles and a minimum of two years to rent Intermediate, Standard, and Fullsize vehicles. To rent the Fullsize Elite, Premium, Luxury or Special Coupe, all renters must be over the age of 25 and have held their driving licence for a minimum of two years.
Cross Border Policy
Vehicles can be driven into all countries except Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. A cross-border fee of 123.00 EUR per rental applies for rentals 30 days or less. For rentals over 30 days, a cross-border fee of 61.50 EUR per month applies. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Unauthorized cross-border travel will result in a breach of contract and incur a penalty charge of 500.00 EUR. In the case of travel by the customer to any of the above prohibited countries, the customer shall be charged a contractual penalty of 2500 EUR.
Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection (CDW/TP) reduces the liability of the renter in the event of damage to the bodywork, theft or attempted theft of the vehicle. If CDW/TP is not included in the reservation, the renter has liability up to the full market value of the vehicle. CDW/TP is available for purchase if not included in the booking.
If included in the reservation, the excess amounts range between 600 EUR and 3500 EUR depending on car class. Excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged.
Before purchasing CDW/TP it is advised to determine, if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW/TP is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. You must comply with all the rental terms and conditions to receive the benefits of CDW/TP. CDW/TP is not insurance.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection does not cover: wrong fuel or damage from dangerous substances.
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
Delivery and Collection
This location offers a collection and delivery service to all customers. Vehicles can only be delivered and collected during the operating hours of the location. A flat fee of 43.00 EUR applies within a 20 kilometer radius of the rental location. Outside this radius, a mileage charge of 1.90 EUR per kilometer applies. One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as pick-up will be subject to a one-way fee. Domestic and international one-way rentals are permitted to selected locations and must be pre-booked or authorized at the time of pick-up. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location and pick up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category.
Enterprise Protection Package
Collision Damage Waiver/Super Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection Plus is a package of insurance products for customers who do not have basic Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection - CDWTP - included in their rates and exempts the customer from financial liability in cases of theft and/or damage to the rental vehicle. This coverage excludes fire damage cover but includes cover for damages to windshields, tires and/or rims, mirrors, undercarriage (including muffler and oil sump), interior (including boot), registration plates, wipers and car aerial.
Exclusive Policy
Cost of rental includes Unlimited mileage and Third Party Insurance (SLP).
Refueling Service
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank. As a customer you have a choice of how you pay for fuel:
Option 1 - Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Option 2 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. The refueling charge is 3.00 EUR per litre (excl. VAT).
Option 3 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid extra fuel charges.
Miscellaneous Policy
The vehicles in our fleet are equipped with all-season tires that fully comply with legal requirements. These tires carry the 3PMSF (Three Peak Mountain Snowflake) symbol, which certifies their suitability for winter conditions under international standards set by the European Union and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UN ECE Regulation No. 117).The 3PMSF mark is issued by an independent, certified body and confirms that the tires meet strict performance criteria for use in snow and cold weather. This ensures that our vehicles are not only legally compliant but also safe and reliable for year-round driving.
Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club are accepted. All cards must be presented in physical form, in the renter's name and be valid for at least 1 month from the date of rental return. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), prepaid cards, cash and debit cards are not accepted as methods of payment. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. For the car categories Mini to Standard a deposit of 500.00 EUR is required. Passenger and Commercial Vans, Luxury SUVs, Fullsize and Premium vehicles require a deposit of 950.00 EUR. The Luxury Elite vehicles and the Special Coupe require a deposit of 3500.00 EUR.
Roadside Protection
Roadside assistance is available 24/7. All relevant contact information, including the telephone number for our roadside provider and insurance company, will be provided at time of rental pick-up.
In the event of an accident, vehicle damage, a tow truck will be dispatched by the insurance company. If the renter is unable to continue their journey with the original vehicle, a replacement vehicle will be provided.
Roadside assistance is free of charge in cases of accidents or vehicle damage. However, if the issue arises due to customer negligence, a breach of the rental agreement, or lost/damaged keys, the renter will be responsible for all associated costs.
If car documents are lost, a fee of EUR 150 (incl. VAT) will be charged to cover reissuance. In cases where the vehicle keys are lost, the renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the keys, as well as compensation for lost rental income for each day the vehicle is out of service due to the incident.
Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a fully valid and unexpired driving license and meet the location's minimum age requirement. All drivers must have held their license for at least 1 year.In addition, all renters must present a valid photo ID such as a passport or government-issued photo ID. A valid credit card in the renter's name must also be presented upon collection of the vehicle. Drivers presenting licences issued from North America (including the United States), the Caribbean, Latin America, Australia, Asia, Africa, or the Middle East must also provide an International Driving Permit (IDP). The IDP must be issued by a government or a government-approved agency in the licence holder’s country of residence.Hirers with licences from countries that are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement must carry a certified translation of their licence, which must be authorised by a public notary.Customers must provide original, valid and physical copies of all required documents. Photocopies, photographs of documents and digital documents are not accepted.
Super Collision Damage Waiver
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. SCDW is only available to purchase if Collison Damage Waiver/Theft Protection (CDW/TP) is selected or included in the reservation. The purchase of SCDW reduces the customer’s liability to 0 EUR in cases of damage to the bodywork of the rental vehicle.
SCDW does not further reduce the customer’s liability in cases of theft, damage to the windscreen or tires. In these cases the excess remains between 600 EUR and 3500 EUR as per the Collison Damage Waiver/Theft Protection policy.
Before purchasing SCDW it is advised to determine, if a personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If SCDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges up to the Collision Damage Waiver excess amount and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. You must comply with all the rental terms and conditions to receive the benefits of SCDW. SCDW is not insurance.
Super Collision Damage Waiver + Tires and Windshield Protection
Super Collision Damage Waiver Tire and Windshield Protection (SCDWTWP) is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. SCDWTWP is only available to purchase if CDW/TP is selected or included in the reservation. The purchase of SCDWTWP waives liability in the event of damage to the bodywork, windshield or tires. SCDWTWP also waives liability in the event of theft or damage caused by attempted theft of the rental vehicle. SCDWTWP does not cover damage caused by fire, loss of keys or misfuelling.
Before purchasing SCDWTWP it is advised to determine, if a personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If SCDWTWP is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges up to the excess amount and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. SCDWTWP is not insurance.
For the Luxury Elite vehicles a deposit in the amount of 2500 EUR remains.
Arrival Directions
After disembarking from the train, you'll find yourself in the main hall of the railway station. There is no direct signage for Varso Tower or the Enterprise office, so please follow the signs towards Jana Pawła II Street. Just before the entrance to „Złote Tarasy”, you’ll see a Żabka store. Turn left into the small alley before the Żabka, then continue walking along the path with Costa Coffee on your left and Burger King on your right. You’ll soon spot signs for Varso Tower. Head through the revolving door to the left of the Enterprise advertisement, then take the escalators. At the top, continue straight ahead into the building. Our office will be on the right-hand side.
Supplemental Liability Protection
Supplementary Liability Protection - Third Party Liability is included in the rate and provides cover up to Euro 5,210,000 for bodily injury and or death to third parties and up to EUR 1,050,000 for damage to third party property.
Supplemental Liability Protection Exclusions/Voids

Tire and Windshield Protection
Tires and Windshield Protection releases the customer from the financial liability for damage to the windshields, tires and/or rims. TWP does not further reduce the customer’s liability in case of theft, damage to other car parts different than windshields, tires and/or rims. In these cases the excess remains between 600 EUR and 3500 EUR as per the Collison Damage Waiver/Theft Protection policy.
