After-Hours Pick-upThis rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must provide their flight information including flight number and arrival time. No additional charges apply for pick-ups outside the opening hours.After-Hours ReturnVehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the airport property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located . No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day.

All renters must be of the age of 21 and above to rent all car groups. Renters between the age of 21 and 24 will be charged a young driver fee of 3.57 EUR per day inclusive of VAT and renters over the age of 75 will be charged a driver fee of 2.38 EUR per day inclusive of VAT.

Cross Border Policy: Cross border rentals are allowed within the European countries and Turkey (continental part). A prior written authorization is required. There is also an insurance fee that applies and includes the green card. These kinds of rentals should be requested from Enterprise Rent A Car at least 7 working days prior to the pickup date. Please contact our reservations department for further information and the process of the publication of the green card. Minimum time for the publication of a green card is 3 working days. The green card covers the rented vehicle with basic insurance - TPI as long as it remains within the borders of the countries for which it is issued. Roadside assistance and car replacement whilst driving abroad is available at an additional cost. Towing or replacement fee is 1.15 EUR PER km and may increase in cases that is it necessary to wait; usually due to an accident. The cross border fees are: 50.00 EUR plus VAT (Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate) - for EU countries per rental. 80.00 EUR plus VAT (Intermediate Wagon, Intermediate SUVs, Standard and Full-size) - for EU countries per rental. 100.00 EUR plus VAT (Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate) - for non EU countries per rental. Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: mirrors, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damages resulting from theft,damage from riots or civil unrest, damage from dangerous substances Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized driver, racing or speed contest competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.

This is available in all locations in Romania with a minimum rental length of 3 days and for specific car groups. All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it is collected will be subject to a one-way fee. Unauthorized one-way drops will be charged at the end of the rental. The one-way fee must be paid at the rental counter. International one ways are also available from Romanian rental offices to selected International locations. Full to full. All rental vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. Should the vehicle be returned with less than a full tank, the difference will be charged in accordance to the official rate of Enterprise Rent A Car Romania. In addition a service fee of 35.70 EUR inclusive of VAT will apply.

SLP Supplementary Liability Protection - third party liability insurance is required by law, free of charge and included in all rates. Coverage limits - third party bodily injury or death up to 5,000,000 EUR and third party property damage 1,000,000 EUR.

During the winter season of 1 November to 31 March and in cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Romania all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.

All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 280 EUR for the categories Mini and Economy and 500 EUR for the categories Compact and Intermediate. For the categories Full Size and Standard the deposit is 1000 EUR.

Roadside service is available within the country of Romania. This assistance is free of charge as long as the customer was not at fault or in breach of the rental conditions. In the event the customer is at fault or in breach of rental conditions, a per kilometer charge of 0.50 EUR inclusive of VAT for Roadside service will be charged.

All drivers must present a valid national driving license that has been held for a minimum of 12 months along with an identity card or passport. For non E.U. renters, a physical international driving license must be presented along the national driving license Upon the United Kingdom leaving the European Union (EU) the requirements for UK driving license holders driving in EU member states may change. Please check requirements before travelling. Government advice may be found at https://www.gov.uk/driving-abroad.

Once you arrive at the Schengen Terminal (for flights from European Union countries), exit the terminal and turn right. Walk approximately 100 meters, and on your right-hand side you will see the glass building designated for Non-Schengen Arrivals (flights from countries outside the European Union). Our rental office is located inside this terminal.

Zero Excess -ZE - is an optional protection product which covers the customer’s financial responsibility in cases of theft, damage to the body, wind shields, mirrors or tires of rental vehicle and reduces the excess/deductible amount to zero. ZE does not provide any coverage for damages to the underside of the vehicle or the vehicle interior. A police statement must be presented to the rental company in the event of an accident. Without a police report the client is fully liable for damages and the customer assumes full responsibility if the damage caused is due to infringement of the road circulation code.
